Becoming: Understanding Our Changing Bodies is an educational program designed for tweens and their caregivers that explores puberty, body changes, and emotional development in a respectful, age-appropriate, and engaging way.
We will be accepted women's hygiene products (tampons, pads, women's incontinence products, infant diapers, etc.) as a donation to Help A Girl Out. Help A Girl Out provides empowerment and dignity to women and girls in Berks and Schuylkill County. https://www.helpagirloutusa.com/
