Becoming Aligned: Creative Practices for Exploring & Living Our Your Values

Living out of alignment with one’s core values can contribute to emotional, mental, spiritual, and even physical distress over time. This workshop offers a structured and supportive space to reconnect with what truly matters. Through guided creative expression, reflective practices, and meaningful group engagement, participants will identify their core values and explore practical strategies for integrating them into daily life. Whether you’re in a transition, feeling stuck, or simply want to deepen your alignment, this workshop is for you!
