Becoming is the meeting point of presence and emergence, the space where what is hidden begins to surface - not through force, but through movement, breath and the natural unfolding of self.
This is an invitation to step into that dance. To move, to listen, to allow the unfolding of what is already taking shape within you.
Like a circle drawn on water, like a boat tracing its own rhythm, we return - again and again - to the truth that we are always in motion, always in creation.
Becoming is always unfolding, a continuous meeting of ourselves in each moving moment.
We allow the opening to what is already forming, the unfolding to happen through us, and remember that we are not just the artist, but also the living, breathing art itself.
We will play with-in the qualities of:
Being – The Art of Presence - space between breath and action. The pause that holds everything. The deep listening to what is already here, waiting to be felt.
Coming – The Art of Emergence - stepping toward what is calling, even before you fully know where it leads.
Opening to the quiet knowing that something new is taking shape. Following the rhythm of your own unfolding as it brings you back to yourself.
This is your invitation to move through life as art, to explore the edges of where to soften and where you can expand, and to step fully into the experience of being shaped by the very life that moves and expresses through you.
You will not be asked to perform, to push, or to create in a way that feels forced. Instead, you will be invited to experience yourself as creation itself - fluid, shifting, forming, dissolving, and emerging again, exactly as you are meant to.
Your body, your breath, your being - each a brushstroke on the ever-unfolding canvas of your life.
Come as you are. Leave as what is ready to be seen, felt, and lived.

Who is this for?
For livers, lovers, and leaders who:
- Want to build bridges between deep presence and the everyday, so that life itself becomes artistry.
- Feel curious to refine their listening and live life with-in open curiosity, so that each moment becomes an opportunity to receive, respond, and create.
- Wish to let pleasure and play on purpose become their body’s way of self leadership.
- Are ready to embody this present now - free from the stories of the past, the future, or even the self - so that they can allow life to be lived through them, the body as pathway – our lives the Teacher!

A safe container is held with clarity as we ride the cosy confines of comfort as well as the edges of discomfort. We will be in honouring through movement by letting our bodies speak.
No prior dance or movement experience is needed. Whether you are a beginner, a professional mover, or anything in between - this course is for everyone! All you need is an open mind, your curiousity and a willingness to learn.
Please bring an open heart and a soft belly to the various ways Becoming might express through other souls in motion.

Camilla brings over 30 years of experience teaching movement in stillness and sound. She is a mentor, embodiment coach, teacher, facilitator, writer, and motivational speaker.
She believes that every single one of us is unique—and not only needed, but deeply necessary.
Moving presence, mindful living, embodied leadership, and conscious relating are some of what she brings to the floor—and into everyday life, the big room.
Her heart beats strongly for the power of leaning into the arms of community to learn from one another.

Becoming will be in the field of Embodied Permission - a somatic approach to living, loving and leading with pleasure, play and purpose.
Embodied Permission is the bundle of conscious movement practices, nervous system regulation, physiology and anatomy, right left brain communication for living and leading life as a moving meditation.
As we find safety within the only one we need permission from is ourself.
Whether to selected music from contemplative to powerful or in the sound of silence supporting us, in a safe space where there is no judgement, no right or wrong, where everything is possible and nothing is expected you can relax, feel yourself and express freely - giving yourself embodied permission.
