Become One With The Bowl: Connect with your Crystal Bowl w/Misty PenningtonThis an invitation to participate in a hands-on, mindfulness and meditative experience using a crystal singing bowl to create a deeper mind/body connection, to get to know yourself better. If you have a crystal bowl, please bring it. If you need one, it will be provided.
When deeply focused on the healing tones of the crystal bowls, distractions drift away and tension melts. Playing a crystal bowl requires a grounded presence and heightened awareness of focus while also being relaxed and at ease in our body.
Experiencing these bowls with eyes and heart open evokes an elevated feeling of joy, curiosity and wonder. It holds the potential to increase your creativity as your brain and body attune to their healing vibrations. It may seem as a new door or path to explore deeper within just became available.
It might sound cliche', but this is truly about spending a couple hours of your time to 'become one with the bowl'! :)
