Led by Reiki Master, Kathy Feiner, you will understand your solar plexus chakra better, opening up your power center. Sink into a meditation, leaving you light and inspired to grow towards the next version of YOU!
Yoga mats and a limited number of zero gravity chairs are available. We also have some blankets and pillows, but feel free to bring your favorite comfy items.
