As a volunteer docent at the Asian Civilisations Museum (ACM) you will uncover fascinating stories of ancient trade sacred traditions and the many cultures that have shaped Asia and beyond.
Trained to guide tours and bring exhibitions to life for visitors you will explore a wide range of themes materials and regions and enjoy learning experiences both within and beyond the museum.
Field trips in-depth training and a warm welcoming community await those who are passionate about sharing history and culture with others.
Whether you are deeply curious about the past or eager to connect people through storytelling this journey could be the right fit for you.
Docent training begins in September 2025. Limited spaces are available so early registration is encouraged.
