Become a nature detective by sharpening your senses and uncovering nature’s hidden secrets in this interactive indoor and outdoor experience. Explore how butterflies use camouflage and mimicry to survive, enjoy hands-on sensory activities with plants, and finish with a guided walk through our native Butterfly Garden to observe pollinators in action.
Guest speaker: Ron Seifer, Green Cay Docent with assistance by Benita Teschendorf, Green Cay Butterfly Gardener
Ages 50+. $5 per person (Reservations required, limit 50).
This series is designed for those age 50 and above who enjoy a wide variety of subjects. Programs presented by guest speakers.
