‘An excellent course delivered in a relaxing manner which enabled some really good conversations. Vicky’s knowledge on such a complex subject is amazing and full credit to her in how she delivers the course. Thanks’
‘Vicky encouraged questions and allowed conversations that developed organically based on the material being studied. I think these conversations helped embed understanding and enabled the group to talk about how it could be applied within our company.’
‘The course was extremely informative, and the instructor was excellent! I now feel much more confident when someone comes to me to talk and how to look out for warning signs of poor mental health.’
