Beauty of Impermanence: Wisdom from East & West
Life is constantly changing. From the Japanese principles of wabi-sabi and mono no aware, to the teachings at the heart of the Bhagavad Gita, or the wisdom of the Stoic philosophers, many traditions explored a common question: how do we live meaningfully in a world that is constantly changing? Rather than seeing change as a source of uncertainty, they viewed it as an invitation—to grow, to participate more fully in life, and to discover within ourselves a deeper source of stability. Join us for an evening of reflection and dialogue as we explore what these timeless traditions can teach us about finding what endures amidst life's continual movement.
