HOTWORX will provide you with variety of workout classes, such as yoga, cycling, and Pilates, all performed in an infrared sauna. The infrared heat is designed to enhance calorie burn, increase flexibility, and help with muscle recovery. The sessions are typically done in small, temperature-controlled rooms for a more intense and efficient workout.
