Gathering together in preparation for the Fall Season, curating plant-based body scrubs and discussing the many different ways to positively enhance our self-care routines. The chosen essential oils for body scrub making represent the mood that participants want to focus on the most going into the new season. After blending scrubs, we will take a look at the self-care plans and discuss as a group what we plan to do for ourselves and how we feel it would help lift our energy going forward. At the end of the workshop, each participant will say an affirmation out loud for themselves to positively end the session.
