A Thai Culinary & Wellness Experience at Tong Yin
Join Tong Yin and GBY Skincare Health + Wellness for an intimate evening exploring the connection between Thai culinary tradition, exceptional ingredients, and modern wellness.
Created for just 25 guests, Beauty from the Inside Out is a guided dining experience where each course tells a story—about an ingredient, a tradition, and the culinary wisdom passed down through generations.
Welcome to The Inner Glow Table
For this special evening, all 25 guests will gather around one large community table we call The Inner Glow Table.
Designed for conversation, connection, and discovery, the table is at the heart of the experience. Rather than a traditional dinner at separate tables, guests will experience each course together as our chefs and wellness experts guide the evening.
Your night begins with a welcome drink and live violin music before taking your place at The Inner Glow Table.
The menu will unfold in waves, featuring:
- Miang Kham
- Tom Kha Soup
- Pomelo Salad
- A live Som Tam preparation
- A special glass-noodle Pad Thai with grilled prawn
- Crab Curry presented tableside, and
- Coconut dessert served in a fresh coconut shell.
Some courses will be served, others demonstrated and finished in front of you.
Guests will also receive a special Tong Yin × GBY Skincare Health + Wellness goodie bag and keepsake inspired by the ingredients explored throughout the evening, and a Tong Yin or GBY SKincare $50 gift card, you can choose! Also, with an opportunity to meet and connect with the GBY wellness experts.
