Receive menstrual wisdom to feel your best throughout your cycle. Make and go home with nourishing tea and face mask blends.
About this Event

The female body is sensitive and goes through incredible shifts each cycle in response to hormones and our environment. There are physical shifts that we can track such as our primary fertility signs (which we’ll discuss in class), and secondary signs such as feeling more attractive at certain times of our cycle, while dealing with inflammation, bloating, and other discomforts at other parts. We also have shifts in energy, mood and cognitive strengths which can actually be a blessing if we know about them, and know how-to set ourselves up for success so that we can reap the rewards of living in our female, cyclical bodies.

In this 2.5 hour workshop, you’ll:

  • Learn → how to tend to your estrogen and progesterone so you can live in harmony with your cycle
  • Make → an herbal face mask and nourishing, beautifying herbal tea blend because when it comes to beauty, it’s both an inside and topical job

Important note: Please bring your own lunch; this is a great experience to invite and/or gift to a friend.

Includes:

  • Menstrual cycle basics, beauty, and wellness guidance from RH(AHG), Registered Clinical Herbalist and certified Fertility Awareness Educator who specializes in menstrual health, hormones, and fertility.
  • A small group setting, limited to 8 people, with ample time for individual questions/interests
  • Hands-on herbal remedy making
  • 1 copy of the Menstrual Calendar Journal by Veronica Ricksen so you can live a cyclically inspired life
