With over 75 million albums sold and songs like “Turn The Page”, “Old Time Rock-n-Roll” and “Against The Wind” Bob Seger is a legend and a Rock-n-Roll Hall Of Fame Inductee. This concert-level Tribute band presents the beloved songs while capturing the energy and excitement that Bob Seger’s live shows were famous for!
PERFORMER BIOS:
Ken Hurley IS our Bob Seger–and when you see and hear him he will be your Bob Seger too. From Kentucky, Ken started singing at age 7 when his Mom, a renowned Southern Gospel singer, slowly worked him into the family band. A veteran of the South Florida music scene (and of the Marines), he earned a reputation as being a soulful singer with a great voice capable of singing anything–and while that is true–it is when he sings what he really loves, what resonates with him, that it’s really something special.
Fortunately for all his bandmates, and for you, Bob Seger’s music resonates with him, and to hear this band with Ken singing–well, it is in fact something special.
FOUNDING MEMBERS:
Ken Hurley: a singer since age 7, a soulful singer from Kentucky and frontman for Florida based Shovelhead.
Lou Piccinetti: Born in NY but a south Florida music scene veteran, lifelong music teacher, guitarist for Soulshine, Yacht Rock, One Hit Wonders, Stall 4 to name a few.
Tom Porter: A native Long-Islander, he is not only bass player and manager of Beautiful Loser but also Allman Revival, Yacht Rock, One Hit Wonders, Eagles Revival as well as several original bands.
