Beauties & Beasts Ball Crawl 2026- A Pub Crawl Fundraiser

Beauties and Beasts is excited to host the return of our Annual Ball Crawl to benefit spay and neuter services within our rescue, which serves the greater Wichita, KS area.

Pre-register to receive a goodie bag filled with exclusive Beauties merch, your T-shirt, a passport to lead you on your crawl, and raffle tickets for AWESOME prize packages!

If you plan to crawl with a specific group, please register as a team! This will ensure you've got the same starting bar.

Check-in begins at 11:00 a.m at one of two start bars. From there, participants can go to local Old Town bars for chances to win raffle tickets and doggie kisses. Enter raffle tickets at the after party to win AMAZING prize packages! Bars on the crawl are: Emerson Biggin's, Pumphouse, Depot, XY Bar, and an afterparty at Brickyard featuring a special performance, to be announced at a later date!

***TEAM FUNDRAISING: The team that collects the most donations will receive a fabulous prize! We will also have contests for best team theme/costumes! Please bring cash or check donations raised to the event to be dropped off at registration. Winner will be announced at the final bar.***

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

You must be 21 to attend this event. Grab a DD or plan to Uber home so you can enjoy this fun day!

Can I bring my dog to this event?

Please do NOT bring your personal pet to this event. We will have adoptable dogs at each stop and plenty of puppy love to go around!

What does my registration include?

Your registration will include an awesome goodie bag, raffle tickets (you can win more by playing the games at each stop!), a pub crawl pass and a T-shirt if you chose to purchase one. Each participate will be given tickets valid for one beer at each bar location on the crawl NOT including the afterparty location at Brickyard. A fun rescue themed shot will be avaible for purchase at each bar.

What is this event like?

Your day will start at the registration bar, where you'll pick up your pack. You can grab lunch (or eat before you come!) and drinks, then "crawl" through your pub pass at your own pace. Your team can participate in awesome games throughout the day to win extra tickets for our prize drawings. Participate in team prizes including most team fundraised and best team theme. Remember, this is a marathon, not a race -- it may be best to stick with beer and pace yourself well. If volunteers or bar employees see that you are intoxicated we reserve the right to ask you to leave as it is illegal to serve intoxicated patrons. Keep it fun, y'all!

How does the team fundraising work?

Collect cash or checks leading up to the event. Checks should be made to Beauties and Beasts, Inc. Turn in your team fundraising amounts at registration and we will tally them up!

How do I know where I start?

There are two different start bars. You can choose which bar you would like to start at when purchasing your ticket. If you are crawling with a team, please make sure to buy tickets to the same start bar.
