Beaujolais Nouveau Supper

There's something rather special about Beaujolais Nouveau Day. Every third Thursday in November, France celebrates the arrival of the new Beaujolais vintage – a young, fruity red made from Gamay grapes, bottled just weeks after harvest and best enjoyed in good company.
This year, we're bringing a little of that French tradition to the shores of Instow.
Join us for a leisurely three-course wine dinner, with a French-inspired menu specially created by Head Chef Tom Ridler, accompanied by carefully selected wines.
A Taste of France, by the Sea
Begin with a glass of Chablis Domaine Brocard, paired with your choice of starter, from wild mushroom orzo to delicate salmon gravlax or ham hock terrine.
Then it's time for the star of the evening - your first taste of this year's Beaujolais Nouveau, released that very day. Enjoy a glass alongside your choice of pan-roasted guinea fowl, cod loin with smoked bacon and cannellini beans, or butternut squash and sweet potato ravioli.
Finish with something wonderfully French - a classic crème brûlée, warm pear tarte Tatin or a selection of French cheeses.
Three courses with wine and a little French joie de vivre, all for £50 per person
Limited spaces, booking essential.
