Please note that we will start meeting the last Sunday of the month on 1/26, 2/23, 3/30, 4/27, 5/25 always from 1-3pm. That gives us 5 more classes until we take a break for the summer.
Mark your calendar as well for March 8, International Women's Day at 7pm, at the Boise Hive. This is also a birthday concert for me, and will be laid back and always heart felt, open to anyone any age :D. We will do a short performance with story sharing, so feel free to start thinking up any story, art piece, song that you may want to share on the theme of woman, feminine, creation. Don't feel pressured to jump on stage if you are uncomfortable.
This class is open to all women. Bring some water and clothes you can move in (drums, fun dance props, and snackies optional).
You are always welcome to join if you are new, as our tunes designed to approachable call-and-response style.
No worries about different skill levels. Our songs are designed to be approachable, and most importantly to get us in our heart space (and outta the head! :D).
This class is also designed as an energetic cleanse for the month and year ahead.
This class we will take some time in small groups to share stories. Please bring 4-10 items or pictures of items that you feel have made you the person you are today.
