To celebrate the renewing of Poole's ancient ceremony of Beating the Sea Bounds.
Organised by The Society of Poole we will be providing some musical entertainment during the day.
Alongside us there will also be performances by Weymouth based Shanty crew, The Dorset Wrecks and the acclaimed and very talented Chris Ricketts.
Chris is a one man Shanty expert and brings a new life to the tradition, just him,his guitar and mandocello.
Having met him for the first time at the briefly rerun Wareham Harvest where we supported him , we're delighted to be paired back with him..
