BEATFLOW AWAKENING — Yoga · Dance · Crystal Sound
A music-driven journey that starts on the mat and ends on the dance floor.
We flow, move and play with rhythm — guided by live DJ Jul-E (Tomorrowland / Ibiza) and Andreas (movement & sound guide, DJ, physiotherapist).
Expect a smooth build-up: we begin with a vinyasa-inspired BeatFlow Move to wake the body and connect to the beat. From there, we shift into BeatFlow Dance — a guided but open floor experience to let go and move freely. We close with a deeply restoring Crystal Soundbath so you can land softly and leave reset.
No experience required. Just bring curiosity and a willingness to be moved by music.
