Beat the Blues: A Cozy Fiber Pop-Up

Winter can feel long, especially when you’re crafting alone.

Beat the Blues brings makers together for a morning of hands-on workshops followed by open stitching, yarn shopping, and time to connect with the local fiber community.

Come learn something new, stay to stitch, browse thoughtfully curated yarn, or simply spend a few hours making alongside others.

Mini Workshops (Embroidery or Crochet)

Workshop tickets are required for the 10:00–11:00 AM sessions. Please choose one workshop, as they run concurrently.

11:00 AM–2:00 PM

Open Stitch + Shop
After the workshops, stay for open stitch time — bring a WIP, start something new, or just settle in and craft alongside others.

During open stitch hours, you can:

• Shop a thoughtfully curated selection of yarns designed to mix everyday bases with hand-dyed and hand-spun fibers
• Browse handmade goods from local fiber artists
• Relax, stitch, and connect with the fiber community

Stem, split, chain, and backstitch

$50 • Practice materials provided. Bring your own DK-weight yarn or purchase yarn the day of the class.
