We can describe this event in five words: breathwork movement sound and reconnection.
But it’s much more than that — imagine a journey from today to your ancient roots a rediscovery of your true nature and authenticity held in a safe and sacred space.
From rhythm to stillness from sound to soul — this is your call for freedom.
Program: (held in English)
- Arrival and welcome tea
- The Art of Breathing – let the journey begin by connecting your soul to your breath and bringing joy into the space. (If you have a percussion instrument feel free to bring it with you.)
- The Journey Continues – live DJ set featuring an ancestral mix of shamanic and modern tribal sounds to shake your mind and soul free. You are welcome to move or stay still — the choice is yours.
- Closing Session – sound bath to let everything settle.
- Optional Sharing circle
We will create a cozy space for this experience with gentle projections and aromas.
Location: Red Moon Studio in the heart of Budapest.
The studio is fully equipped for your comfort — toilet changing rooms pillows mats and more.
