EVENTS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME!
NO STRONGMAN CORP GRIP SHIRTS (PER USS RULES). ALL OTHERS ALLOWED

EVENTS:
Farmers Walk
50 feet, down and back, with a turn around a cone. Chalk only - no straps, no tacky, no other grip devices allowed. Time stops when ATHLETE crosses the line on return. No restrictions on equipment other than NO STRAPS. 60 second time limit
3 x 3 Log Ladder
3 Logs, ascending weight, Log must be cleaned every rep. Three reps per each log. Fastest time wins. No split times if you do not complete all 9 reps. No restrictions on equipment. Any technique okay - vipers, split jerks, push press, etc all fine as long as lockout is in correct position.
90 second time limit
Sandbag Carry
Athletes will FRONT carry a sandbag as far as possible with 50 foot lengths. Athlete must step one foot completely across the 50 line at the end of length before heading back in other direction. Judge will confirm this once stepped. You MUST front carry - no shouldering / fireman's carry. ZERO DROPS ALLOWED!!! IF YOU DROP IT YOU ARE DONE. NO RESTRICTIONS ON EQUIPMENT. 60 second time limit.
Sled Medley
Athlete will push sled 70 feet down. After this, athlete must clip rope into sled (it will be laid out length wise next to sled push lane), and return to the starting position to perform an arm over arm pull to bring sled back to starting position. Then, athlete will perform a reverse sled drag back to the start. Plan on this being heavy. 90 second time limit.
Max Axle DL
Rising bar, jump in at any time. Each athlete gets 3 attempts, pass or fail. If you miss your first lift, you can attempt the same weight, or go heavier, but CAN NOT go lower. Once a weight is passed in order, it cannot be re attempted. IT IS UP TO YOU TO BE READY TO LIFT. THERE IS NO EXCUSE TO MISS A WEIGHT CALL OR TAKE FOREVER TO GET YOUR GEAR ON WHEN YOU CALL FOR AN ATTEMPT.
NO DEADLIFT SUITS! All other equipment OK
