About this Event
24HR CANCELLATION POLICY IN EFFECT. DROP-OUTS WITHIN 24HR PERIOD BEFORE CLASS WILL RESULT IN A DROP-IN FEE CHARGE
- Please bring a personal workout mat (or yoga/beach towel) to class.
- Bring trainers or running shoes (cleats are optional as we might be on the turf also).
- Water and sweat towel is recommended.
- Drop-in Fee: $15 (e-transfer or cash accepted on site).
- Parking lot is accessible off Deer Lake Pkwy on the North Side of the school.
- Stay at home when you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms.
