Beast Mode → Feast Mode Turn Up + Pound Mashup

Join us the Sunday before Thanksgiving for a fun, fitness-filled afternoon at Hallspace a Boston art gallery! Two of your favorite instructors will lead back-to-back 45-minute workouts — first a high-energy Turn Up Fitness session with Melinda, followed by a Pound Rockout Workout that will leave you feeling strong and empowered with Stephanie. Stick around afterward for some adult beverages and social time surrounded by inspiring art to kick off the holiday season.

1:00 - doors open grab your spot

1:15 - 45 minute of Turn Up Fitness

2:00 - 45 minutes of Pound Rockout.Workout

2:45 - relax and enjoy a beverage

Bring water and a mat. Ripstix will be provided.

On-site parking is limited but on street parking on Sundays is plentiful and the HallSpace gallery is a 10 minute walk from the Red Line JFK/UMASS station.
