Bearings Primer: Making sure anything that should spin does!

In this course we will cover anything on your bike that should spin!

• Where are the bearings on a bike?
• How do they work? The basic principles of bearings
• Different types of bearings and how to spot them
• How to maintain key bearings (Headset, Bottom Brackets, Hubs)

After the course the workshop will be open for you to put your new knowledge to use and get your own bearings running smoothly.

Note: The maintenance aspects of this course will look mainly at loose bearings. We have the tools for press fit bearings but we won’t cover their removal or installation in detail on this course.
