Welcome to Bearadise, Oklahoma City's premier bear event of the year! Join us for an unforgettable Labor Day Weekend as we transform the District Hotel into a tropical-themed paradise just for the bear community and their admirers.
This isn't just a party; it's an experience. We're bringing you three days of sun, socializing, and non-stop fun in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
What's in Store for Bearadise?
- 📍 The Entire Hotel is Ours: The whole District Hotel is reserved exclusively for our Bearadise attendees, creating a private, judgment-free playground.
- ☀️ Sun & Poolside Fun: Our centerpiece is the hotel pool. Spend your days lounging poolside with a cocktail, soaking up the sun, and mingling with hundreds of other bears. We'll have music, cabanas, and great vibes.
- 🥩 Saturday Steak Dinner Included: Your weekend ticket includes a delicious steak dinner on Saturday night. It's the perfect opportunity to fuel up and socialize before the evening's main events kick off.
- 🔥 Hot Men & Zero Rules: As the flyer says, expect "Sun, Pools, Hot Men, and No Rules." This is your weekend to be yourself, let loose, and enjoy the company of the bear brotherhood.
Event Schedule Highlights
- Friday, Sept 4th: Early Check-in, Poolside Meet & Greet, Welcome Party with DJ.
- Saturday, Sept 5th: Poolside Party all day, Included Steak Dinner, Main Event Night.
- Sunday, Sept 6th: Recovery Brunch (optional), Farewell Pool Party.
- Monday, Sept 7th: Checkout and fond farewells.

- This is a 21+ Event: Valid ID required at check-in.
- Hotel Rooms: Tickets do not include hotel room bookings. You must book your room separately through the District Hotel. Mention "Bearadise" for our special group rate. Rooms are limited, so book early!
