7/11 Opening of registraion pickup.
Info: Registration pickup opens at 11am at the A-House porch (Atlantic House), 6 Masonic Place. Full Week and First Weekend Packages only will be available for pickup. Second Weekend Packages can be picked up at the Bear Booth on Wednesday July 15th after 11am. Please have your Drivers License or Passport ready.

7/11 Late Registration Pickup.
Info: You can pickup your registration package at The Bear Booth, located in Firehouse #3, 254 Commercial St., from 5:00pm - 7:30pm for late arrivals on the ferry.

7/11 Special Late-Registration Boatslip Official Bear Week Provincetown 2026
Info: For those who have missed the Late Registration at The Bear Booth, a table will be setup out front of the Boatslip. You can retrieve your Bear Tag so you can enter the party for free. You will have to pick up the rest of your package at The Bear Booth, Firehouse #3, 254 Commercial Street from 11:00am to 4:00pm from Sunday on. You will need to show your Bear Tag and ID to collect the rest of your package.

7/12 Bear Booth for registration pickup and retail shop opens.
Info: The Bear Booth, located in Firehouse #3, 254 Commercial St., will be open daily from 11am-4pm through July 17th. You can pickup your registration package, see a list of daily events, purchase PtownBear gear and find fliers for shows and events throughout Provincetown. The Bear Booth is also the meeting place for walking tours setup by the PtownBears. Other tours event locations will be available in our event booklet, on our website Events Page and posted at the Bear Booth.

7/11 Official Bear Week Provincetown Opening Party-FURBALL

Info: Join us for the official opening party of Bear Week Provincetown 2026 at the Boatslip, 161 Commercial Street. This event is free for PtownBears Bear Tag holders, $20 w/o. Party with us on Provincetown's largest deck on the bay featuring DJ Alex Ramos.

7/12 The John Burrows Memorial BBQ & Pool Party

Info: This event is a free PtownBears Bear Tag Only event.
Join us for our annual John Burrows Memorial BBQ. John was the founder of Bear Week Provincetown and this was one of his favorite events to kick off the week, at the Provincetown Inn pool and patio. The pool is open to all but only PtownBears Bear Tag holders will have access to the BBQ and tent. There will be a bar under the tent for Bear Tag holders.
The pool will be open with a cash bar, live DJ and concession stand.
Only a limited number of sales at the door are available for the BBQ.

Join the PtownBears for their annual pancake breakfast held at the King Hiram's Lodge, aka The Paul Revere Masonic Lodge. This is a popular event put on for our registered guest. Start your week off with a hardy breakfast. Coffee and hot water for tea will be available to compliment your breakfast.

This pool party brings together every part of the Bear Community! Every color of the rainbow, every shade of Bear and every color of every Pride flag. Every part of the community is welcome to participate in this event.

7/13 Game Night 2.0

Info: This is a free event open to all Bear Week Provincetown visitors.
Bring your favorite board game or your handheld gaming device. This is a popular night on the Bear Week schedule. Some board games will be available at the lodge. There will be two screens for multiplayer video games such as Mario Party or Mario Kart. Recommended to bring your own controller. One screen will be for Jack Box games where you can access the game using your mobile phone. More details and signups for games on our Game Night 2.0 page. 7/14 Locker Room Bears Party: The Singlet & Gear Party

Info: Entrance to this party is free for Bear Tag holders.
Join the PtownBears for their annual Locker Room Bears Party: The Singlet & Gear Party at its new home, The Red Room. Wear your favorite singlet or athletic gear, leather gear or pup gear, or come as you are. Dance to a new, darker mix of music than past years, as voted on by the visitors to our website. Enjoy a night of House music, Hard House, with some of today's current dance floor hits mixed in. DJ Lennie III will be spinning and bringing the heat to the dance floor till closing (1am).
The 2nd floor will open at 10pm with the 1st floor opening after the evenings show concludes.

7/15 Bears on the Beach

Info: This is a free event for all Bear Week Provincetown visitors.
Looking to hit the beach but want to be around all the Bears you have seen in town? Parking (parking fee) is available at Herring Cove Beach and bike parking along Rt. 6A (see map in booklet). Look for the Bear Flag about ½ hour walk down beach to the left (south west) from parking lot, or across the backwater from the bike fence on Province Lands Road. (Be sure to bring water and sunscreen). The Bears stake out a part of the beach every year nearly everyday during Bear Week, but this is the one day you know there will be Bears on the beach!

The Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) provides a shuttle service that operates (shoulder season) hourly Monday through Thursday, beginning at 7:15am to 8:15pm, and 30-minute service from 7:15am to 12:15am; Friday and Saturday beginning at 7am to 12:45am. In the summer season, 20 minute service seven days a week, beginning at 7am to 12:45am, from the Memorial
