Join us for a one-of-a-kind experience as Coach Adia Barnes and her team provide an inside look at the 2024-25 season and beyond. This special event, hosted by the University of Arizona Arthritis Center, will also feature a special presentation by Desireé Reed-Francois, the U of A’s new Vice President and Director of Athletics. She will share insights from an Athletic Director’s perspective on the exciting transition to the Big 12 Conference and highlight the Wildcats’ numerous academic and athletic achievements.

Building upon a long tradition of mutual support, the University of Arizona Arthritis Center once again teams up with the U of A Department of Intercollegiate Athletics to present the 2024 Bear Down Celebration.
This meaningful collaboration began upon the arrival of Hall-of-Fame basketball coach Lute Olson at the U of A in 1983 and has helped raise nearly $2 million for the University of Arizona Arthritis Center, paving the way to advanced diagnostics, treatments and preventive measures for rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases.
