This is an event hosted by The Army Corps of Engineers at Red Rocks Baptist Church, 14711 W Morrison Road.The Army Corps of Engineers has determined that the gates within the dam at Bear Creek Lake need to be replaced. The work will be significant and will effect the water levels in BCL over the next two years. The Corps of Engineers is holding this open house to give the public more information about this project. We strongly encourage you to attend.
This is a different project from the study now being conducted to store water at BCLP and is being conducted by a different branch of the Corps. Still, our presence there matters - and wear your Save It! shirt if you have one. A flyer with more details is attached. The Details:
