Join us on our patio for an ALMOST summer night paired with a variety of our seasonal beers, chef-crafted Spanish tapas, and flamenco. Featuring chef Christopher Midyette And the artist dance group Spanish Broom.

Chef Christopher is a born and raised New Mexican Chef with a deep passion for food and feeding people. Cuisines worldwide have inspired him as a Chef and influenced each dish he’s created. Christopher is the owner and Executive Chef of Ocean Desert LLC, a local Albuquerque food truck and catering service. He aspires to one day open a brick-and-mortar location where he can further expand his creative abilities around the kitchen. Christopher believes there is healing through food and something profound about people getting together over it.

"Spanish Broom is the whole shebang. We started off as a joke in 2014, but quickly realized we could connect to people through our humor, sincerity and dedication. In 2020 we became an LLC! We manage everything from finance, to collaborations, to performances. We create, film, edit and perform our own content. We choreograph, arrange and compose original pieces. We promote our work on social media, the work of those with whom we collaborate and use our platform to highlight other local artists."
