Program Highlights:

• Discover where chocolate comes from, and learn the art of creating chocolate from bean to bar!
• Hands-on activities include roasting, deshelling, grinding cacao beans, filling molds and working with chocolate, and finally, making chocolate-covered pretzels!
• The new 35-foot screen and lighting rig add a great dimension to the exploration of the role food plays in Jewish culture.
