The is a community in SWPA to support educators of color, rooted in belonging and care. We foster connection, mentorship, leadership, and a shared space where educators can be fully seen, feel supported, and empowered to thrive personally and professionally.

The mission of Teach Plus Pennsylvania is to empower excellent, experienced, and diverse teachers to take leadership over key policy and practice issues that advance equity, opportunity, and student success.
