Beaded Bugs with Meliscity

Join Meliscity to create a custom bug brooch or keychain to add a touch of nature to your style using upcycled and landfill-diverted supplies. Participants will leave with one beaded bug and the knowledge to make them on their own! All materials will be provided for each attendee to create their own custom beaded bug!

Experience Level:

Basic hand sewing skills (how to thread a needle, a basic stitch, etc,) are recommended, but not required.

What’s Provided:

• Beads, needles and thread and all other materials provided
• Participants will learn how to make a beaded bug
• Participants will leave with one beaded bug

Getting There/Where to Park:

Humboldt - Free street parking is available on the street outside of The WasteShed, but spots may be limited so please plan accordingly. The Kimball bus stops right outside our doors! Please let us know if you need wheelchair access.

Your participation in a WasteShed program constitutes implied consent to be photographed, and for those images to be utilized by The WasteShed for educational, fundraising, and marketing purposes. Refund Policy:

Eventbrite fees cannot be refunded. Ticket cost can be refunded up to 7 days before the event.
