Beacons Business Network - Cefn Onn Park and Two Ridges Trail
About this Event
We’re heading out again — and this route has a bit of everything!
Starting at Lisvane & Thornhill, we’ll wander through the beautiful Parc Cefn Onn before climbing out onto the ridges above North Cardiff.
Expect woodland, streams, open ridgelines and some cracking views across Cardiff, the Severn Estuary, Flat Holm & Steep Holm, with Caerphilly Castle featuring in the views to the north.
It’s a proper Beacons Business walk — good company, fresh air, a bit of exercise and great conversations along the way.
No pitches. No pressure. No awkward networking. Just come along, meet some great people and enjoy a few hours outside the office.
If you you have an interest in networking and enjoy the outdoors.... what a walk this is. The views are absolutely spectacular!
The route is a mixture of well kept paths, loose stone and steep grass banks. With potential for "slips, trips and falls", we strongly recommend suitable outdoor clothing / footwear.
This is an informal gathering of like minded people with a focus on "all things business". As we chat, we will have the chance to take in some of the best views in Wales (and take lots of photos). Individuals are responsible for their own fitness assessment. It's not a race, but attendees will require the ability to walk varying terrain (with climbs) for multiple hours.
If you decide to walk with us, you are accountable for your own fitness and safety and all money raised on the day will be donated to Ty Hafan. **We are not a business and this is not a professional / guided event**.
