Beachsiders Toastmasters is a chapter of Toastmasters International, a nonprofit educational organization that builds confidence and teaches public speaking skills through a worldwide network of clubs that meet online and in person. In a supportive community or corporate environment, members prepare and deliver speeches, respond to impromptu questions, and give and receive constructive feedback. It is through this regular practice that members are empowered to meet personal and professional communication goals.
You are invited to check out a meeting and observe. You'll never be put on the spot to speak unless you choose to. This is a fun, learn at your own pace club.
You will learn how to speak publicly and develop leadership skills that will improve your career and/or business.
We start promptly at noon and end at 1pm. We encourage people to arrive 5-10 minutes beforehand. While we have weekly meetings, members attend when it fits their schedule. Some of us go every week and some of us attend 2-3 meetings a month.

Dues are collected twice a year - April & October - $60 every 6 months.
