Our goats are fainting goats who enjoy people and crave your attention. Elizabeth leads a stellar 45 minute yoga class that will stretch you out and make peace with your soul-this class is perfect for beginners. If you are looking to relax and enjoy the benefits of pet therapy(who doesn't love watching goats skip around in the grass) and snuggles, feel free to just relax and do the yoga moves you want to do or you can reap the rewards of a great yoga class-it's the best of both worlds!
FAQ
What should you bring?
-Bring your own mat/towel/blanket
-Clothes you are comfortable getting dirty(our class will be outdoors)
-Shirt that covers your back is generally more comfortable for when the goats practice THEIR yoga moves on YOUR back(if you would like them to )
-Bring something to pull your hair back(goats LOVE hair)
-Feel free to bring fruit or stale chips/crackers to feed the goats after class
What if it rains or there is inclement weather in the forecast?
-You will receive a rain check to be used for another class
Do you have a restroom onsite?
-Yes, you will have access to a mobile toilet and running water
All levels of skill are welcome and be prepared to laugh as our goats help relieve stress!
