This year we have 3 weeks of beach yoga classes, 5 days per week. 3 weeks to feel the morning sun, hear the sound of the waves, and connect to nature.
Make this your time to rejuvenate, de-stress, move, breathe, enjoy nature, and start your day the right way.
Sunday: 9.30 am
Monday: 6.30 am
Tuesday: 6.30 am
Thursday: 6.30 am
Friday: 6.30 am
2 amazing locations
Find us on the sand at the peaceful Arataki beach, beach access 6.5 (between Girven and Concord), Oceanbeach Road, Mount Maunganui.
Sunday, Tuesday, & Thursday
And at the vibrant Omanu Beach, Surf Road access, on the sand in front of the car park.
Monday & Friday
Only $45 for the entire Challenge and fabulous prizes.
