Join us for yoga on the beach with the ocean as your soundtrack. Enjoy breathtaking views as you deepen your practice by building strength, confidence, and balance. Ground yourself by digging your toes into the sand and breathe in the healing powers of the ocean. All abilities and skill levels are welcome. Beach yoga is a truly unique experience that will leave you mentally and physically refreshed.

We will be meeting on the sand at the corner of The Strand N and Breakwater Way, Near Tower 8.

All meter parking is FREE after 6pm.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Yoga mat
• XL towel for under your mat (This will help to keep the sand off your mat)
• Any additional props you'd like to use
• Blankets or extra layers for Savasana (It can get chilly at Sunset)
• Water bottle
• Sunblock
