Join Chris for a combination Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Class Tuesdays at 9 AM. We will combine standing poses and passive seated poses with a ocean-flowing style. Combine Yin with Yang for a perfect hour on the beach.1-hour class.
Free Class! Donations accepted.
Bring a BLANKET OR LARGE BEACH TOWEL (which works better than a mat in the sand ) and enjoy some awesome beach yoga!
