Join Michele for a Slow Flow Vinyasa style Yoga Class Thursdays at 9 AM. We will combine standing poses and seated poses with a ocean flowing style. This includes a walk to the water to connect with the power and energy of our planet. 1-hour class.
Free Class! Donations accepted.
Bring a BLANKET OR LARGE BEACH TOWEL (which works better than a mat in the sand ) and enjoy some awesome beach yoga!
