An Ocean-Inspired Yoga Class that is a Hatha class blended with vinyasa yoga. This is an active class. All-levels of experience are welcome. 9 am every Saturday. 1-hour class.
Free Class! Donations accepted.
Bring a BLANKET OR LARGE BEACH TOWEL (which works better than a mat in the sand ) and enjoy some awesome beach yoga!
