Join Yas & Mai for a fun and relaxing evening of yoga on the beach followed by a cozy fire and a social gathering watching the sunset over Swansea Bay, with complimentary hot chocolate and roasted marshmallows!
Yoga Session
- Time: Sunday 30th June | 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Location : Swansea Bay, opposite the Rec car park
- Description: Begin your evening with a rejuvenating beach yoga session. Our instructors will guide you through a series of gentle poses and breathing exercises designed to enhance your flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. The soothing sound of waves and the gentle sea breeze will create a serene environment, perfect for both beginners and seasoned yogis.
Fire and Social Gathering
- Time: 8:00 PM onwards
- Description: After the yoga session, gather around a warm, inviting fire. This is a wonderful opportunity to unwind, meet new people, and share stories. Bring along your favourite snacks, beverages, or even a musical instrument to add to the convivial atmosphere. We'll provide marshmallows for roasting and some light refreshments.
What to Bring
- Yoga Mat: Ensure you have a comfortable mat for the yoga session.
- Comfortable Clothing: Dress in layers to adjust to the evening temperatures.
- Snacks and Drinks: Bring your favorite snacks and beverages for the social gathering.
- Blanket: A blanket to sit on or wrap around yourself by the fire.
- Optional: A musical instrument, a journal, or a camera to capture the beautiful sunset and memories.
