As the weather warms up, bring your yoga practice outdoors and into the beautiful surroundings of Cullercoats Bay. This class will include a balance of strengthening and stretching postures while taking in the sights and sounds of the sea. Suitable for beginners. Bring a mat or beach towel.
I will cancel if it's raining so if the weather looks changeable please check social media (Facebook or Instagram) before travelling.
No need to book, just turn up!
We meet on the south side of Cullercoats Bay (NOT by the Lifeboat Station and Dove Marine Lab, the other side).
