The Better Days Foundation and Rachel Farmer Wellness are joining forces at the Plunge Beach Resort for a fun day of yoga, market vendors, and music on the beach! It is the ultimate beach day experience you've been looking for!

The yoga will be a 60 minute, all-levels-friendly flow on the beach. The market runs from 9am- sun down. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this event is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature and support a great cause.

The Better Days Foundation works to save our beaches and waterways by organizing beach clean ups, educating about plastic pollution, and encouraging environmental protection. Don't miss out on this opportunity to find your inner peace in a beautiful beach setting and also get to enjoy the music and market vendors!
