📍 Meeting Location (6:30 am): 3115 Vistamar St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304 (Parking lot just north of Paramount and Truluck’s) We’ll gather here and then walk across the street to our beach spot next to Lifeguard Stand 12.

Join us for Beach Sunrise Sound Bath at one of Fort Lauderdale’s most beautiful sunrise spots. As the sun rises and the waves roll in, you’ll be guided through a restorative crystal sound bath to release stress, reset your mind, and step into the week with intention.

🌅 The Morning Includes:

• A front-row seat to the sunrise
• The natural rhythm of the ocean paired with crystal sound bowls
• A welcoming space to connect with yourself and a like-minded community

• Yoga mat or blanket
• Water bottle

• Bathing Suit Optional (if you want to jump in the water later!)
