Join us for a guided sound bath meditation led by Victoria at Bay Park near Sand Key Beach. This experience is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and unwind while listening to calming sound frequencies beside the water at sunset.

Whether you came to the last session or this is your first time, this is a chance to disconnect from the noise for a couple of hours and reconnect with yourself and the community.
