Join us on Saturday, October 26th from 10:00-2:00 p.m. for a Gentle Yoga class and meditation on the beach at Ocean Gate. After practice, we will enjoy brunch & cocktails back at a private home. Feel the rhythm of the ocean, the sand under our feet, and the smell of the salt water as we rejuvenate our minds and bodies. Register by 10/23 to reserve your spot! Email with directions will be sent on Friday to everyone that registers.
