This is a 1 hour journey where we will be connecting with the magical Elements of Mother Earth in Redondo Beach.

Himalayan Kriya Yoga includes specific postures combined with spinal activation, breathwork, chakra cleansing, and somatic healing to release stuck energy, awaken kundalini, and detoxify your whole body, mind and soul.
