Our beautifully renovated four-bedroom duplex is just a stone’s throw from Lake Michigan, where you’ll find inspiration in the retro architecture of the old Sherwin Hotel and the calming rhythm of the waves.

Close to both Loyola and Northwestern universities, you’ll be surrounded by academic vigor and creative energy, with easy access to Chicago’s world-class attractions.
