Beach Elemental Sound & Sunset

Where land meets sea, unwind and relax in a beautiful setting on the beach at Trimingham where we'll be immersed in nature, the sounds of the ocean, and the sounds of the singing bowls.

Session takes place at Trimingham Beach. Parking is on Vale Road heading which gives you direct access to the beach (what3 words: crusaders.elects.thrusters). Once arrived and settled in, we will begin our sound journey with a brief, guided meditation to relax your mind. As you gently transition into a deeper state of relaxation, you'll be immersed in the resonant vibrations of Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, as well as the sounds around you that nature has to offer. The session will conclude with tea, something sweet, and time to enjoy the view.

Please bring a yoga mat or something soft to lay on, a pillow to rest your head, a blanket to keep you warm, and cosy socks. A bolster or pillow to support your knees may also be useful if you have lower back pain. Wear comfortable clothes, and perhaps bring layers as the temperature is likely to drop. You will be laying down for most of the session, so being comfortable and warm is important, although you are welcome to bring a chair if preferred. Please also bring a drink of water.

Please arrive by 5:45pm and I will meet you at the parking site and walk you down to where the sound bath will take place. Please contact me before booking if you have concerns about your mobility. access, or location.
